No false inbox

The public page cannot declare delivery active. It asks the first-party endpoint, which unlocks sending only when its private mailbox configuration, origin policy, CSRF secret, and rate-limit storage all pass validation.
A successful response means the hosting mail transport accepted the inquiry. It does not promise inbox placement or a response deadline.
